Your new role
As a Branch Manager you will utilise your leadership skills when developing your in-house team and supporting the local community.
- Be committed to a level of civic involvement to become a key local business leader.
- Responsible for inspiring and leading a team to meet business targets.
- Coaching and developing staff to identify business opportunities.
- Engaging with customers and providing a great customer service.
- A strong focus on undertaking business development and creating a network of contacts.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven track record in sales and entrepreneurship.
- Customer service experience with a passion for people.
- Evidence of leadership skills and an ability to motivate a team.
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills.
- Driven with the ability to engage, influence & connect with customers.
- Previous leadership experience in the banking industry is essential.
