We are looking for a Operations Specialist, who can manage supply in Brisbane, which means training, coaching and coordinating thousands of new drivers. This is one of the key roles in Taxify in any city.

You will:

• Support all Taxify's business operations in Brisbane
• Onboard and train hundreds of new drivers every month
• Plan and execute referral and incentive programs to ensure great coverage
• Figure out the logistics of how many drivers are needed where and when
• Monitor and coach drivers to ensure high-quality service in cooperation with the Operations Manager
• Train & monitor drivers to ensure quality service

We really want you to:

• Be a great communicator
• Have a data-driven analytical mindset (excel skills are a must!)
• Be a hustler, not stopping after 20 obstacles a day
• Hold a Bachelor's Degree (economics, finance or other analytical subjects are a plus)
• Have excellent spoken and written English
