We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager or Team Leader to join our Customer Service Centre team at Tweed Heads.
Who we're looking for
We are looking for someone with the energy and passion to lead a customer focused culture within the Contact Centre. In addition to this, you will also have:
- 5+ years experience as a manager or team leader in the financial industry
- Demonstrated experience as a sales leader Exceptional people skills with the proven ability to engage and inspire a team to deliver results
- A high level of communication skills
- The ability to develop and maintain ongoing relationships with customers
- A Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance, or any other a relevant qualification is also desirable.
What you'll do
Reporting to the Executive Manager Distribution, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading and empowering a small team of 5 Customer Service Specialists to ensure a seamless and end to end service experience
- Building a sales through service culture and delivering sales outcomes in line with set targets
- Ensuring all Customer Service Centre standards relating to call queues wait time, abandon rates, availability and utilisation, are maintained
- Overseeing the day to day lending operations within the Customer Service Centre, including the sale of all insurance, personal and mortgage products
- Actively promoting our brand in the local community by getting involved in local events and networking opportunities
