The role is heavily weighted towards career progression and would suit a seasoned Operations/Customer Service Team Leader or Operations Manager currently working within novated leasing and/or salary packaging.
On offer is a competitive salary package of $120K.
What you will be doing:
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading the operations team made up of contact centre staff as well as the back-end admin team.
You will support the team who manage inbound enquiries, generating & sending of deduction advises to employers, remitting of funds for vehicle expenses and processing of reimbursements/expenses.
This is a leadership role within the organisation so experience managing a team and also experience within novated leasing and/or salary packaging is a must.
