Your new role
You will be responsible for growing commercial relationships with existing clients and building strong client partnerships through both face-to-face and phone methods. You will manage a large portfolio of high net worth clients and understand the FX requirements of your client base. You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure the successful on-boarding of new and existing clients.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a proven track record of successful client management and client services. You will have exceptional relationship management skills as well as the ability to think outside the box in order to develop the best fit solution for your clients. You will have experience managing and developing long term relationships as well as having strong communication and organisational skills. You will have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role and be highly motivated and driven to succeed.
