About the opportunity?

We have an exciting opportunity available for a proactive and analytical Distribution Consultant to develop and deliver the CRM road map and Broker contact strategy for the AHL Sales and Product team, with the objectives of creating productivity efficiencies and maximising AHL sales.

Reporting to our Senior Manager, Distribution, Strategy & Products, you will:

• lead and deliver key strategic projects
• conduct analysis, deliver recommendations and develop and embed effective reporting tools and frameworks to drive sales performance and productivity efficiencies
• partner with Aussie Relationship Managers to develop and operationalise tactical initiatives including campaigns, and improved processes in partnership with key internal stakeholders (Product Managers, ARMs, Marketing, Contact Centre)
• lead the Product team’s CRM roadmap using the Salesforce platform

• strong skills in persuasion, influencing and needs analysis
• knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
• a passion for understanding the consumer and driving increased effectiveness
• strong computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, medium/advanced Excel)
• mortgage Broking and / or Lending experience (e.g. as BDM Support resource) (desirable)
• knowledge of mortgage application and credit assessment processes (desirable).
