Description
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Handling inbound calls
- Tending to enquiries and complaints
- Escalating and directing calls to the correct department
- Liaising with internal stakeholders
- Provide excellent customer service
- Handle private and confidential information
- Work effectively and efficiently in a high pressure environment
Profile
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Previous experience in financial services
- Previous experience working with superannuation
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle complaints in a professional manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience working in a high pressure call centre environment
