About the Role:
This is unique and exciting entry point into our Commercial, Estimating and Proposals (CEP) team. This sits at the cutting edge of our business, where we bid and win new contracts. The CEP Analyst will be based in Sydney and report to our General Manager – Estimating.
You will have a varied role, working in a fast-paced environment, supporting the CEP team with budgeting, management and reporting of bid costs, purchasing, scheduling and resource planning. In addition, you will also support the delivery of the CEP planning process and strategic direction. This will include:
- Supporting analysis of CRM systems and our Sales/BD pipeline
- Monthly reporting of key CEP metrics
- Weekly reporting of Sales/BD pipeline
- Budgeting and forecasting of overhead costs and bid spend
About You:
As a dynamic, growing company, we look for people who are talented and aspirational and demonstrate the ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders. To be successful in this position you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline
- Strong experience with using SAP Project Systems, Procurement systems and Reporting
- CRM systems knowledge
