The team consists of strong product delivery specialists, analytical & strategic capability, pricing specialists and product process experts.
This opportunity within the team will see you reporting to the Executive Manager, Consumer Finance in a vital position providing strategic leadership. You will have end-to-end accountability for the Personal Loans portfolio; including operational product management (acquisition and portfolio management), pricing responsibility, value chain/distribution support and ensuring targets for customer advocacy and business performance are achieved.
Is this you?
- Extensive management experience developing and executing complex strategy plans at an organisational level.
- Strong leadership and influencing capability across all levels of management, coupled with experience in business development, innovation or commercialisation disciplines.
- Proactive style and approach to people leadership using influence rather than control.
- Well-developed numerical and analytical skills with an analytical approach to problem resolution.
- Ability to extract and interpret financial data to ensure product profitability.
- Experience managing complex processes and understanding of financial risk and compliance frameworks.
