A unique opportunity is available for a switched-on and motivated Sales Support Specialist/Admin Support to join the established National Sales team. This role will report directly to the GM of Sales only (not the team) and will be responsible for assisting the GM with the efficiency and velocity by providing sales administration and support to help increase customer satisfaction through accuracy and efficiency of their work.
Your daily KPI:
- Lead distribution SLA
- Broker onboarding process management
- Completing broker registration
- General administrative duties.
To be successful:
- Sales Support or strong administrative experience ideally within Finance or Banking
- Experience in working in a fast pace and dynamic environment
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong MS office skills - Excel and Word
- Experience in CRM (Salesforce)
- Drive to excel in their tasks and has a strong proactive approach
