Based in in our Northern Beaches branches the role of Customer Advisor best suits outgoing, self motivated people with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, looking to build a long term career with a large financial services organisation.
Your day to day activities will focus in the following areas:-
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Assisting customers with their banking transactions
- Raising customer awareness to financial products and services
- Educate customer on smarter banking options
- Supporting & serving your local community

- Hours Monday to Thursday 9.15am-4.15pm, & Friday 9.15am-5.15pm (33.5 hours)
To be eligible to apply, you should be able to work the above full hours without restriction, and you must have Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency status.
