About the role
A suitable person with extensive current broker experience in writing residential housing loans (both single contract & house and land contracts) is required to join an established and very fast growing property investment company based in Parramatta. This is more than a broker role, it's a business building and management position that requires a motivated person who can see the vision for what lies ahead with our already successful company and essentially build the Finance team and work closely alongside the Sales Team in providing mortgage solutions to our motivated and valued Customers.
Skills and experience
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Mortgage Broker, MFAA Membership and a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.(Diploma of Finance and Mortgage preferred)
This position would suit someone who is very sales driven and has excellent interpersonal communication skills
