Your new company
This small boutique has a nice family friendly office environment and is looking to expand their team. They are looking for an experienced Client service officer with the opportunity in the future to progress to Associate Adviser. They pride themselves in providing a positive client experience with a high level of service.
Your new role
Your role as the client service officer will require you to provide full administrative support to the firms advisers. You will also be the primary point of contact for clients providing advice and assistance on the implementation of advice, ongoing service and monitoring of investment portfolios. Your duties will include ensuring accuracy and compliance of client files and advice documents, liaising with product providers and other third parties, preparing quotes and implementing advice documentation. You will be working alongside a collaborative team of professionals who enjoy going the extra mile to achieve customer satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be passionate about delivering advice and providing a premium service to your clients. In addition, you will have:
- Diploma of financial planning (working towards ADFP)
- A relevant tertiary qualification (preferred)
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Previous experience using financial planning software
- Excellent communication skills
