We have 20 live programs in A&NZ, with teams & clients in every state, and across many industry sectors, and we are looking to grow our already brilliant HTS Team with the addition of an experienced Program Manager in Sydney to lead a team within a contingent workforce recruitment function (MSP).
We employ smart, driven people, who love the management of Talent Acquisition teams, and working closely with our clients to create and deliver an exceptional TA service.
As a Program Manager you will be accountable for the successful operational performance your program, and the continuous development of our people and services.
You will have a passion for delivering service excellence and the skills & credibility to influence senior client stakeholders and to drive continuous program improvement and development.
- Experience in Contingent Workforce Solutions (MSP) management or agency contract/temporary recruitment.
- Able to positively influence at all levels of an organisation and to develop valued relationships with client stakeholders and internal senior executives.
- High level adaptability and responsiveness
- Personal powers of resilience and tenacity, you take personal responsibility for overcoming challenges and consistently completing tasks
- Experience in utilising a VMS or ATS and reviewing its reporting and analytics to support recruitment initiatives
- Ability to lead a service and teams, with professional and mature manner, with experience in managing sensitive conversations and service escalations
