This company uses a suite of tools to provide a service which enables customers to make significant savings on their mortgages. Due to market growth, permanent Home Loan Specialists are needed to join a brand new team in this established FinTech. This is an exciting time for the company who plans to be the number one brand in the market.
Your new role
As a Home Loan Specialist you will engage with customers by telephone and assist them in choosing the right loan online whilst delivering the best customer experience.
- Engage with customers, undertaking a detailed needs analysis, then recommending the appropriate home loan product that suits the customer needs.
- Regularly following up with customers and their journey in the loan application progress.
- Using Salesforce CRM to ensure the upkeep of Customers’ home loan data.
- Working closely with external lending institutions to facilitate a smooth application process and the best in customer experience.
- Meeting ASIC compliance requirements as it relates to operating within the Australian mortgage lending industry.
What you'll need to succeed
- Certificate IV and/or Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking
- Proven experience within a fast-paced environment in a sales, lending or contact centre role across banking.
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills.
- Passionate about customer service and the customer journey.
- Tech-savvy and motivated to exceed targets.
- Driven with the ability to engage, influence & connect with customers.
