Our Financial Planning firm is located in South Yarra, working in conjunction with an established Accounting and Business Advisory firm. Due to the continued growth of our business, we seek a full time Paraplanner / Administration Assistant to support two Financial Planners and Senior Technical Paraplanner.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking and self-motivated person who has the ability to multi-task.
The role includes:
- Supporting the Financial Planners with the preparation of client strategies and advice documents including SOA’s and ROA’s
- Manage CRM and back office systems to e
- Assist with preparation of review reports to assist our clients meet their goals.
- Ensure the smooth running of the business General office duties
- Preparing and maintaining client files to ensure compliance requirements are met to the highest standard.
- Manage legislative requirements such as opt-in and FDS.
The successful applicant will have:
- Previous experience within a financial planning business (this is essential to be considered for this position)
- Understating of the financial planning process and financial services industry.
- Strong administrative skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking.
- Experience with XPlan software will be highly regarded
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
