Detail information about job Customer Relations Consultant. Terms and conditions vacancy

We are looking for an enthusiastic, empathetic and genuine person, who enjoys delighting customers and providing an outstanding customer experience in a small, supportive and friendly environment.

Your new company
Bank First, formerly Victoria Teachers Mutual Bank, is a customer owned bank that exists for the sole purpose of providing better banking experiences for customers; not to serve shareholders.

Your new role
Reporting to the Solutions Team Leader, you are the first person to interact with our new customers, and are responsible for providing a positive and seamless onboarding experience.  You will manage a small portfolio of new customers, proactively welcome them to the bank, ensure all services are set up correctly, and through effective delivery of our Value Add sales framework, build and strengthen the relationship between new customers and Bank First.

What you will need to succeed
You are an experienced consultant who displays genuine interest in your customers and will proactively and reactively offer education as well as product and service solutions through regular needs-based discussions.  You have a curiosity and desire to uncover current and future opportunities to add value to your customers’ financial situation and will contribute to the achievement of team and department targets.

You will also be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes;

  • Advanced conversational skills and a genuine interest in people
  • An empathetic and ethical approach to customer interactions
  • A comprehensive understanding of banking products, processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs in your current role
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise work based on changing business demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management abilities
  • Desire to work for an organisation that genuinely cares about providing ethical outcomes for our customers

What you will get in return
This exciting opportunity will see you working for an award winning organisation, developing your conversational skills and delivering ethical solutions and outstanding customer experiences for our loyal customers. On offer is a competitive salary package and a broad range of other benefits reflective of our healthy culture and people engagement.

What you need to do now
To be considered for the role, please send your CV and any appropriate supporting material addressing the above criteria to:  [email protected]
