Our corporate team have over 75 years' experience dealing with the top tier banks and a suite of lenders who also specialise in vehicle finance, SMSF lending, residential and commercial property investors.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced mortgage broker that is a self-starter with good interpersonal skills to join our organisation. Community Home Loans Australia provides the successful candidate with ultra-low cost business support services designed to assist established brokers with compliance support and lead generation services so you can focus on earning and growing a long term and sustainable income.

Successful applicant will receive at no cost to you - training, accreditation and business support valued up to $35,000.00 in year one and then ongoing support.

Finance & Mortgage Broker Accreditations & Training

Community Home Loans Australia will assist you gain your mortgage broker license and accreditations:

• Enrolment, training, assessment and certification Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking Management with our training partner, Mortgage Broker Training Australia;
• Lender panel training with over 20 banking institutions and lenders;
• Australian Government approved risk assessment AML/CTF training course
• Mentor Training and mentor accreditation through the Mortgage Finance Association of Australia (MFAA);
• MFAA membership.

• Business cards, stationery, letterhead, brochures, flyers, banners and pens;

Lead Generation & Ongoing Support

Our corporate team and program partners will provide ongoing mentoring, marketing, lead generation and business support:

• Administrative support from the Performance & Compliance Coach including: loan processing support help desk; sales mortgage calculators, reception services, VEDA access;
• Community Incentive Program (CIP) training and support;
• Broadcast marketing support and database creation to communicate to clients via fax, mail, email newsletter and SMS;
• Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Social Media Optimisation (SMO) support to build your business online presence and profile from SEO Institute of Australia;
• Education, product updates and ongoing professional development workshops;
• Business mentoring from our Directors.

Skills and experience

• Demonstratable experience as a mortgage broker;
• Completed a FNS40815 Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking;
• Well presented, well groomed and willing to learn;
• Self starter, self motivated with attention to detail.
