A fantastic opportunity currently exists for an experienced Relationship Manager to join Macquarie Pacific Funding, this role will manage a portfolio of SME insurance broking clients to deliver key sales and growth targets. Central to our success is our commitment to our clients, so directly engaging with brokers in your portfolio and delivering high levels of service will be one of your most important responsibilities. In addition, you will be responsible for initiating specific business development strategies to build your pipeline and position your portfolio for sustainable and profitable long term growth.

- Manage a portfolio of accounts in insurance and premium funding

About you:
The brief is simple, to be successful in this role you need:
- Be adept at building, maintaining and enhancing long term relationships with multiple stakeholders internally and in the external market
- Have a strong achievement and sales drive, with a proven record of delivering results
- Be able to apply your knowledge and experience to identify new or better approaches to meet business goals and priorities
- Understand the key elements of credit risk, compliance and the regulatory environment in banking
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and analytical skills as well as superior attention to detail
- Demonstrate the ability to plan ahead and prioritise competing tasks
- Relish working in an environment where a strong customer focus, hard work, initiative, innovation and a sense of humour are all required
- A tertiary degree in marketing, finance, commerce, and/or insurance training.
- Experience in the finance or insurance industries, within a sales, management, or technical operations role
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft word, excel, outlook, power point and Salesforce
