About the role
As part of the Client Experience team, you will develop a long-term client base through effective relationship building, appropriate strategic recommendations and exceptional client service whilst fulfilling a fiduciary role to clients in financial advice recommendations.

Skills and experience
You'll be a self-starter with strong organizational and planning skills. You'll be able to visualise the big picture and understand all the small components that need to come together to achieve your desired outcome.
As you'll be introduced to diverse group of people, from a diverse range of situations, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders is essential to your success.
Essential
- 5+ years experience in a client-facing role, building client relationships.
- Strong technical understanding of investment markets, portfolio construction, Centrelink, superannuation and insurance.
- Accredited with an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning, Certified Financial Planner or working towards CFP designation.
Desirable
- SMSF and gearing accreditation
- Understanding/knowledge of business structures and taxation
- COIN expertise.
