An opportunity has become available to work in a National ‘Big 4’ Financial Institute as a Senior Change Analyst. This position would sit in the Retail Banking team and you will be actively supporting the Change Manager in engaging change networks in supporting organisational ownership of change and successful delivery of the program of works. You will have a breadth of knowledge and experience in Customer Mastering and retail banking as well as small business banker (SBB) products. Working closely with customer facing staff, you will gather and understand the business needs and in particular the customer experience
Responsibilities;
- Act as a reference for change management and communication techniques
- Support delivery of allocated change management activities
- Support validation of the alignment of proposed change to organisational strategy
- Assist with implementing a change management strategy in conjunction with the Change Manager/Project Manager that addresses individual, team and organisational requirements, organisational obstacles, areas of risk and defined customer impacts
- Understand stakeholder needs and perceptions and provide input into the development of appropriate strategies for enabling and embedding project related change
- Assist with managing effective stakeholder engagement, maintaining consistent, clear and concise communications with the customer, including training delivery
- Work with the project team to ensure customer satisfaction with project deliverables
- Work to ensure that the change is embedded
Skills/Qualifications;
- Must have Banking Experience (retail)
- Familiar with Small Business Banking customer products and processes
- Small Business Banking customer on boarding and maintenance business processes
- IBM MDM exposure
- Familiar with Retail Source systems (Siebel, CAP, VisionPlus, ELS)
- Proven experience in SBB Source Systems (Ambit, LoanIQ, CCM)
- Experience in Financial Loan Services is highly regarded
