About the role
The Panorama Investment Maintenance Team prides itself in supporting our Advisers and their clients to access shares and managed funds via managed funds portfolio and individually held investments.  The Client Account Specialists who form this team are responsible for the technical administration and relationship management for Customer Service Delivery to support our current product offer.

The Client Account Specialist will bring into the team highly developed technical skills in one of the following to ensure Customer Service Delivery have significant technical capability:

o ASX Requirements
o Managed Funds and Equities Settlement
o Corporate Actions

Key Outcomes to achieve are:

• Working within Panorama Workflow to deliver all Customer Transactions including the set up, administration and closure of managed funds, management of equity trading and corporate actions.

• Build relationships with external clients to support them in their understanding of the Panorama platform.

• Working with clients to achieve self service targets.

• Proactively identify issues, problems and opportunities and contribute to potential solutions in regards to process efficiencies.

• Manage individual workflow to ensure  all deadlines are met. Deadlines include intra-day legislative requirements, ASX requirements and Customer Operations service standards.

• Effective relationship participation between internal stakeholders Business Units and the Panorama Program.

• Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors (including Investment Managers) to ensure smooth management of the Managed Funds and underlying processes.

Knowledge/Qualifications/ Experience  - highly desirable
• Superior Technical Skills within Wealth Management Industry, with expertise in one or more of the following:
o Corporate Actions
o IPO’s
o Equity Trading
o ASX Requirements
o Managed Funds Trading
o Reconciliation
o Studying towards a Financial Qualification
