About the Job
You will work as a Merchant Services Representative in the Merchant Services team who are experts in providing leading payment solutions to Merchants. This is a really exciting ongoing temporary opportunity, which for the right person could land you with a permanent role where you can develop your career with this business! This is a full time, Monday - Friday temporary ongoing opportunity.
Your role will include:
• Providing amazing customer service support to clients via phone and email
• Performing compliance checks and determining the risk of new applications
• Preparing documentation and data entry associated with these checks
• Working closely with the wider team to provide excellent payment solutions.
About You
We are looking for:
• Expert decision making and problem solving ability
• Amazing customer service, ideally in the financial services industry - you will LOVE making customers happy and delivering a high level of service
• Experience working in the financial services industry would be desirable - this opportunity would be perfect for someone with settlements experience!
• High attention to detail, whilst also working quickly
• Flexibility, reliability and agility. You've got to be able to roll with the punches.
• Ability to hit the ground running! The team has a large amount of work they need assistance with so they expect that you can adapt.
• Someone with an amazingly positive attitude who loves working collaboratively in a team.
