About The Role
Role Location: Endeavour Hills Shopping Centre 78 Heatherton Rd, Endeavour Hills VIC 3802
Role Type: Permanent part-time 20 hours weekly
Shift Schedule: Monday: 11:00am - 3:00pm, Tuesday: 11:00am - 3:00pm = 4.00 hours, Wednesday: 11:00am - 3:00pm, Thursday: 12:00pm - 4:00pm = 4.00 hours & Friday: 12:00pm - 4:00pm 

As a Personal Banker, you will deliver the desired customer experience by adopting a positive relationship-based, customer centric approach that demonstrates passion for identifying and prioritising the complete financial needs of customers by educating customers on easy ways to bank. Provide a full range of professional expertise and advice to help customers to meet their financial needs and goals. Dynamically seek opportunities to make appropriate customer referrals to accredited specialist staff and contribute to overall branch profitability, achieving and seeking to outperform against targets.
