We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Analyst - Investment Operations to join our global financial services firm in our Melbourne CBD office. As Senior Analyst – Investment Operations, you will be working within a team of senior analysts to deliver on our organisational objectives.
Key responsibilities include:

Review of daily portfolio trading operations and key reconciliation processes

Review data integrity and resolve any issues efficiently
-
Review and resolve complex reconciliation issues and attend to high value market transactions
-
Ensure all client deliverables are accurate and timely
-
Ensure all service levels are met
-
Liaise with teams internally and externally to resolve queries in a timely manner
-
Contribute towards business improvement initiatives particularly process and system enhancements
-
Be responsible for identifying and escalating potential business risks and ensure all exceptions are accurately recorded, investigated, monitored and, as necessary, escalated to ensure timely resolution
Experience, qualifications and attributes sought after:

Strong domestic and international industry experience, funds management or custody environments

Expert Microsoft Excel skills

Tertiary qualified and/or other related industry qualifications
