Company Description
A large shared Service centre supporting Advertising and Media agencies based in North Sydney requires a focused and professional credit officer to join their busy collections team on a full time basis. Working closely with our operating companies you will have great attention to detail and be experienced in using ERP systems with sound excel skills.
You’ll be part of a large team and you will require great communication skills with a strong customer focus to ensure our clients and operating companies receive exceptional service.
Job Description
- Collection of overdue accounts by phone & email.
- Production of aged debtor reports with commentary.
- Conduct regular debtor reviews with operating companies.
- Processing of payments and ad-hoc transactions.
- Build strong relationships with customers and operating companies.
Qualifications
- Experience in accounts or Collections experience.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with large scale ERP systems
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure & meet key deadlines.
- Strong team player
