What we are looking for:
You are a Project Accountant with 1- 4 years post-qualification commercial work experience and are ready to hit the ground running. You'll have a proven track record in working with teams within a commercial or professional services background.
- Confirmed date of arrival for London
- Tier 5 Youth Mobility Visa, UK Passport or Ancestry Visa
- BCom or similar tertiary qualification
- Fully qualified CAANZ
- Budget management
- Project financial control
- JDE / Proliance Reconciliation
- Reviewing current processes/procedures to ensure finance operates as effectively as possible
- Monthly Reporting
- Reviewing monthly costs reports to assess the accuracy and completeness of the information
- Preparing monthly progress claims, including supporting documentation and billing to appropriate owner or other external parties
- Identifying, reviewing and resolving financial issues
- Excel skills to an intermediate/advanced level - pivot tables, vlookups,
- Understanding of CIS scheme and VAT an advantage
- Previous experience working on construction projects an advantage
