This ASX listed Property business is rapidly expanding having taken advantage of favourable market condition. The group has significant international holdings and is constantly looking at growth opportunities.
  
The FP&A Analyst has a variety of responsibilities encompassing business performance analysis, detailed forecasting, capital management and ah hoc analysis.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Assist in the annual corporate planning and budgeting process
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting reporting requirements of the Group. Provide financial and non-financial analytics to actual performance
• Assist and produce in forecasting and re-forecasting process
• Take ownership and support Group Finance Manager on the monthly management reporting requirements 
• Understanding and translating budget versus actuals, providing insightful commentary
• Develop and maintain scenario models to assist management’s decision making
• Take ownership for the documentation of the reporting tools procedures where required

To be considered for this role:

• CA/CPA qualified
• This would suit a Chartered Second Mover 
• Experience using a TM1/Cognos/Hyperion system would be advantageous 
• Advanced Excel skills - critical 
• Large complex audit experience – advantageous
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders
