Accounts Payable position available with a construction company based in the Forest Lake area.
Your new company
A leading construction company based in Brisbane's South-side require an experienced accounts payable professional to join the company for a 10 week temporary assignment. This company values creativity and commitment and is seeking a driven and hard working candidate.
Your new role
You will provide support to the CFO and to the office team ensuring efficient operation of the office including accounts payable and email management. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing & Data Entry of incoming invoices
- Creditor reconciliation
- Processing of Correspondence
- Purchasing/ordering stationery/equipment/stock
- Site Management
- Accommodation arrangement
- Mail distribution
- Petty Cash/Expense Claims Reimbursements
- Filing/archiving/scanning
- General ad hoc duties
What you'll need to succeed
You'll have strong accounts payable experience as well as the ability to prioritise tasks and work loads. Strong communication skills and attention to detail will be highly regarded and previous experience using MYOB Account Right is required.
