The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in the retail motor industry, be flexible, energetic, highly motivated and able to use initiative. They must possess excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to a deadline with accuracy. They will require exceptional time management and organisational skills and a positive "can do" attitude. This role will include the use of our DMS system as well as Microsoft Excel. The role will be working across our multi-facetted business. The candidate will be required to learn a number of key functions that are performed daily / monthly. We are looking for a team player with good people and communication skills.
Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
- Bank reconciliations / Banking
- Preparation of month end journals and general ledger reconciliations
- Assist AP & AR
- Assist with Vehicle Costing
- Assist with various adhoc accounting duties as required
- Pentana / ERA experience is desirable but not essential.
