We are an Industry Leader in the Coffee, Beverage and Commercial Kitchen Fabrication Industry, a diverse company with sustained growth.
We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team based in Greater Western Sydney.
Qualifications and Experience required:
- Collecting outstanding debt in a timely fashion whilst maintaining relationships with key accounts
- Weekly reconciliation of major accounts
- Processing credit card payments
- Setting up new customers in system
- Bi-weekly chq/cash banking
- And other duties as required.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum 3 years' experience in the same or similar role
- The ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload effectively
- Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal
- Experience maintaining important client relationships
- Advanced excel skills and experience working with ERP program
You will be working in a fast paced Hospitality supply business, the ability to adapt quickly and work under pressure is a must.
