Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role is an integral member of a traditional legal finance team. With a strong hands on element you will be responsible predominantly for the billings process. Adding variety to your day you will also be across payments, receipting, bank reconciliations and back up for processing trust and controlled monies. As the go-to person in the team for day to day billing queries you will work closely with partners, managers, secretaries and operational managers.

It is important you will have demonstrated steady employment to date ideally in the legal or professional services sector. Possessing clear and concise communication ability, you are diplomatic by nature and enjoy a busy day. With strong systems in place, note keeping and diligent follow up will be second nature for you.
