We are looking for a Credit Claims Administrator who will be responsible for all customer credit claim enquiries by maintaining and managing all aspects of the customer’s enquiry including the raising of the credit claim within a portfolio of existing customers. You will also be responsible for managing all customer credit claims, resolving disputes and investigating process failures that create customer credit claims.
As the Credit Claims Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Investigate, reconcile and complete customer credit claims
- Achieving your individual respective credit claim target
- Recommending process changes to reduce customer credit claims
- Enhance our level of customer service by prioritising at risk customer credit claims
As our successful candidate, you will have previous experience in credit related claims disputes, investigations, debtor’s ledger and process change recommendations. Exceptional verbal & written communication skills, with a professional phone manner coupled with solid computer literacy, experience in Navision Dynamics is advantageous. However, it will be your high level of attention to detail, strong problem solving, reconciliation and analytical skills that will see you excel in this opportunity. Excellent time management skills with the ability to be flexible and adaptable with changing priorities and work demands will set you apart from the rest!
