The position is focusing on making sure vendor invoices are processed accurately and on time, whilst providing support to the Group Finance Team. Based in Melbourne (CBD), it's a high volume but high value processing position.
Key Duties:
- Review invoices for approval authority making sure the coding is accurate
- Expense claim processing for senior management in multiple locations
- Invoice processing of the Group & different regions
- Payment runs in accordance with the company guidelines
- Creation of batch payment journals to be uploaded and authorised by the Bank.
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Maintain petty cash
- Overseas transfers & payments where needed
Reporting directly for the Financial Accountant, if you have 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience then I'd be interested in speaking to you.
