The Position
We currently have an amazing opportunity available for an experienced, professional and motivated Accounts Receivable Officer to join our friendly and motivated team.
As an accounts receivable officer your role will include, but not be limited to;
- Processing accounts receivable invoices for multiple clients
- Managing outstanding debt and collections
- Managing all internal and external queries with relation to the recivable accounts
- Assisting the finance team with end of month and end of year reports.
- Generating Xero reports
- Sending monthly statements to our customers
- Receipting bank statements and other payments from our customers daily
- Sending weekly reports to internal staff
- General Customer Service and Administration tasks as required.
