- $55,000 - $60,000 + super FTE
- Three or four days per week
The Client
Part of a large global parent company, this business operating in the mining equipment sector is looking for a part time Accounts Payable Officer to join the organistaion on a permanent part time basis.
The Role
This role, reporting into the Accounts Payable Manager will be responsible for their own ledger of accounts. More specifically, this role will look after:
- Processing up to 70 invoices on a daily basis;
- Resolving complex customer queries;
- Assisting with prompt EFT and cheque payment runs to suppliers;
- Maintain a strong working relationship with suppliers and internal departments;
- Reconciliation of a complex supplier accounts; and
- Confirming payments are in line with supplier contracts.
About You
- Ideally you will have experience with multiple large accounting software’s;
- You will have full function Accounts Payable experience, processing up to 70 invoices per day;
- This role will require you to hit the ground running, having the ability to pick things up quickly is essential;
- Public transport in this area is not reliable, applicants must have license and reliable car; and
- Ability to work well in a team.
