The Job Description:
You will play a pivotal role in the business as you take part a diverse range of admin and accounting duties. You will thrive in a role with variety and have the ability to work well autonomously and also in a team environment. Typical duties include:

• General admin duties- data entry
• Help with Accounts Payable functions for the company. 
• Help with invoices / billing and provide support to clients and the team on any invoice queries. 
• Daily bank reconciliation
• Support with financial reporting and ad hoc Finance tasks. 

The Successful Candidate:
This opportunity will suit a driven individual with a passion for exceeding client expectations. You will thrive in a varied role, and be a true team player with the mindset that no task is too big or too small. In addition, you MUST have:

• Proven reception/admin experience
• Accounting related qualification is preffered 
• A professional and approachable communication style
• High attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multi task and deliver to deadlines
• A warm and friendly nature with a great sense of humour!
