Your new role
As a practice manager, you will be across all business units including, but not limited to:
- Business support - Assist partners with the training and development of staff, as well as building strong client relationships.
- HR - Assist managing the staffing of the firm, as well as being a line of communication between staff and partners.
- Marketing - assist with growing the client base.
There will be a strong focus on finance, these duties will be including, but not limited to:
- Assist partners with the preparation of Monthly Accounts + Year End Accounts
- Monthly IAS & Quarterly BAS
- End of financial year Payroll Reconciliation + PAYG Statements
- Assist with preparation of annual budget end of financial year - prepare systems for new financial year.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have excellent communication skills, strong management and leadership skills. You will be a self starter with lots of enthusiasm, initiative and someone who can drive process and make improvements for the firm.
