They are currently embarking on an exciting transformation journey in finance and due to this change a role has been created.

Reporting to the Head of Group Accounting the role will play a key part in driving and supporting continuous improvement across the financial accounting and reporting team. The role will be the conduit between the outsourced shared service in India and the core finance team in Sydney. The role will support the financial reporting team in driving any process improvement and provide ad hoc accounting advise across the group.

The successful candidate will be CA/CPA qualified ideally from an Audit background and have spent a number of years in a financial management role in a large listed corporate or a blue chip multinational. It will be essential you have exceptional communication skills as the role will require an ability to influence across all levels of seniority as well as working with off shore teams. The role offers the opportunity to be able to be part of a transformation process which will be taking accounting team to the next level.
