An opportunity for a highly skilled Payroll Officer to join a large Finance team in the South Eastern suburbs. The ideal candidate will be immediately available and join their welcoming team on a permanent full-time basis.

Our client is a large, well- respected organisation in the Health care industry. They offer a supportive team environment with the opportunity to work in a fast paced environment. They are looking for an individual with outstanding time-management skills and strong attention to detail.
Description
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, your role will include but will not be limited to the following:
- Maintain and update personnel employee records
- Complete payroll for a high volume of employees
- Process payroll tax and superannuation
- New starters, terminations, annual, long service and sick leave.
- Shift allowances, penalties and holiday pay
- Knowledge of current EBA's and awards
- Handling staff enquiries and issues
Profile
The successful candidate will be immediately available and have at least 2 years proven experience as a Payroll Officer. Demonstration of organisation and ability to work under pressure is essential in this role. Strong communication skills to liaise with internal stakeholders is also necessary. Experience using Chris21 is required, whilst exposure to the health industry will be considered advantageous.
