The Company
This established accounting force in the Inner Eastern Suburbs is looking to exponentially develop their private clients division. Being a large accounting firm they have a large book and see a lot of opportunity to utilise them as part of the team’s growth.
The Role
The role here will see you understudy the current Director as part of a smooth transition and handover in preparation for his retirement in the next 18 months. You'll be supported by team of 4 capable Accountants
As part of this you would be expected to perform the following in the role:
- Execute financial advice and leverage accounting private clients
- Step in to managing $250K in fees with the autonomy to grow the portfolio further
- Business advisory including advising clients on structuring, global tax compliance matters, strategic planning
- Coordinate with your clientele in agricultural, media, entertainment, athletes, franchising, real estate and technological industries.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in public practice
- CA or CPA qualified
- Excellent communication (verbal and written skills)
- Demonstrated success working with a portfolio of clients and mentoring Junior staff
