This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Analyst or Associate Director level professional to join a well established advisory business with a great reputation and enviable corporate culture. They have an impressive management team, excellent networks and will give you significant exposure to a range of buy and sell side transactions.
Key tasks will include -
- Direct involvement with merger and acquisition and due diligence processes,
- Preparation of valuation and three way forecasting models,
- Report writing including full IM's,
- Exposure to both buy and sell investment/acquisition opportunities,
- Economic, financial and scenario analysis, plus
- Significant interaction with both clients and senior management.
To be successful in this opportunity you will be degree qualified with a minimum of 3 years experience relevant corporate finance experience. You have strong modelling, report writing and analytical ability and are comfortable working to tight deadlines and multitasking.
