The opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity for a proven CPA/CA qualified leader to support a high-growth business with a high focus on setting up and optimising processes. Very much a hands-on position, your strong technical accounting skills, strategic thinking ability, and business partnering capabilities will be of immense value. You will be responsible for the full accounting function, overseeing an Accountant, and working closely with the executive members of the business to drive accuracy, efficiency & analysis.
 
The Candidate:
You are a CPA/CA qualified, experienced and proven hands-on Finance Manager. You will have demonstrable experience in running the day to day accounting functions of a small business while supporting strategic direction. Your mandate will include reviewing and improving processes, ultimately taking the organisation to a new level of best practise. Above all, you will bring an energetic and positive outlook to lead a small team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly capable finance professional to move into a small but rapidly evolving business that will undoubtedly provide continuous challenges and rewards.
