The Jewellery Group operates a leading national retail chain with our Head Office based in Adelaide CBD. We now have a fantastic opportunity available for an enthusiastic, highly organised and motivated person to join our team as an Inventory Analyst.
This role will include but is not limited to:
- Responsible for all processes involved in continual inventory stock-takes across all stores
- Manage the process of inventory reconciliations
- Collaborate with store operations and distribution centres to resolve inventory issues
- Manage a team involved in the process including direction and coaching
- Assist in the annual external and internal audits on controls and compliances
- Participate in ad hoc projects and process improvement initiatives across the organisation.
- Conduct operational and procedural audits in stores
- Manage the Loss Prevention process and standards
- Report monthly on process controls weaknesses and risks
- Detect, investigate and report on fraudulent activities and implement controls
To be considered for this role, the following skills and attributes are required:
- Expertise in Retail Audits and Best practices pertaining to Loss prevention techniques in Retail
- Experience in retail in a multi-site environment in a similar role
- The ability to train and coach stakeholder teams and increase internal expertise in loss prevention strategies.
- Experience in ERP system preferably Pronto
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Strong priority setting and time management skills.
- Team player with quality focus and attention to detail
