Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the business' financial management
• Commercially act as a business partner to all business divisional management
• Liaise with external stakeholders including suppliers, banks, insurance, lawyers and an accounting firm
• Preparing and managing the annual budget and forecast process
• Completing and presenting monthly management reports to the Management Team and Board
• Manage a business wide systems review
• Leadership of a small accounting team
• Managing the statutory and taxation reporting requirements
• Project Management; including large capital projects and new product analysis
• Business case analysis and development

Key Requirements:

• Degree and CPA/CA qualified professional with over 10 years financial management experience
• Construction industry experience preferable
• Strong commercial acumen
• Consultative leader with a can do attitude and proven business partner experience
• Effective and open communication and presentation skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Impeccable standards of ethics and integrity
• Strong relationship building skills
