This niche organisation has built a strong reputation for providing high quality customized solutions to their customer base.
An exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join this small knit, supportive team.
Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be responsible for:
- Matching, batching and coding of invoices
- Following up Purchase Order approvals
- Processing approved invoices
- Intercompany account reconciliations
- Creditor account reconciliations
- Invoice payments through BPAY, EFT or other agreed means
- Maintain supplier relationships and answer relevant queries
- Adhoc duties as requested
To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience in an end to end Accounts Payable role. You will be self-motivated, able to work within a small team environment and enjoying taking ownership of your role.
You will be an excellent communicator, have strong attention to detail, be proactive and inquisitive by nature. This is a great opportunity to work close to home with a successful company that offers stability, professionalism and a friendly team-based culture.
