Here is why we need you…
As Finance Manager, you are the “go to” person who can offer guidance to both finance and non-finance stakeholders and support the business in providing accurate and timely financial information used as a critical basis for informed decision making in this space.
This role is a fixed term maternity leave contract employment with a term of twelve months.
Here’s what you’ll do…
- End-to-end management of the month end reporting process
- Actively participate in the internal and external audit process
- Business partner with key internal stakeholders of several shared services cost centres
- Instigate and participate in projects to streamline processes and strengthen internal controls
- Provide mentoring and support to team members
Here's what you'll look like...
- 5+ years’ experience in financial accounting and/ or as a hand-on Finance Manager and CA/CPA qualified
- Willing and able to ‘roll your sleeves up’ and delve into the detail
- Autonomous approach to work with the ability to be proactive in your work and demonstrate a consultative approach
- Experience leading a team and being able to balance hands-on and hands-off duties effectively
- Demonstrate an analytical mindset, problem solving ability, attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and able to provide valuable business partnering insights to senior leaders and influencers across the board
- Experience working with multiple systems to consolidate results
- Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
