The Company
Our client, a successful and rapidly growing company in the Construction industry, is currently looking for a hardworking, friendly and down to earth Accounts Officer to join their finance team on a full time basis. Based in a convenient Inner Suburbs location, the role offers a competitive salary, a supportive team environment and career progression.
The Role
Working in the finance team, you will report to the Finance Manager. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Processing invoices
- Supplier reconciliations
- Reconciling accounts
- Bank reconciliations
- General ledger reconciliations
- Accounts Receivable relief
- Ad hoc duties
Your Profile
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in a similar Accounts Officer role. Ideally you will have experience in Accounts Payable and will be familiar with a medium to large ERP system. You will be able to handle multiple responsibilities and will complete all tasks with accuracy. You will be expected to interact with both internal and external customers, so strong communication and rapport building skills are essential.
