Commercial Collections Officer role | Global Business | On-site parking available | Consumer Debt Collectors encouraged to apply as well  

Due to growth, an opportunity has become available for a highly motivated Credit Officer to represent this highly regarded brand in their nation Credit team.
  
As Credit/Collections Officer you will be required to perform the following tasks;

• Approve Orders for delivery based on payment of account
• Ensure orders are processed within the approved credit limit
• Collections - ensure payment is made within the agreed terms and processing of credit card payment to ensure on time delivery of orders
• Work closely with the banking and allocations team to ensure acknowledgement of payment before releasing of orders
• Take enquiries from customers regarding their account
• Work collaboratively with your colleagues to achieve delivery within deadlines

To secure the opportunity as Credit/Collections Officer you will have;

• Solid experience in an Accounts Receivable role with an emphasis on Collections
• Ideally you have experience within a high volume transactional environment ideally within a service oriented Industry
• You are accustomed to working towards deadlines
• Intermediate to advanced Excel and comfortable working with multiple systems
• You are a customer focused person with good communication skills
