The Juliana Village is a long established Aged Care facility, located in Miranda.
We are seeking the services of an experienced Finance Manager 7 days per fortnight. Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Process of fortnightly payroll and superannuation
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Month End processes, general journals, ledger reconciliations, and preparation of month end financial reports
- Year end close and preparation of supporting work papers
- Annual budget preparation
- Management of the Asset Register
- Assisting with annual compliance audits
- Prepare and submit monthly BAS obligations
- Process and system improvements
- Ad hoc duties as required
Great communications skills and excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite and MYOB required. The successful applicant will have an organised, and professional approach with a "can do" attitude, tertiary accounting qualification. A broad range of industry experience would be highly regarded. Ability to work in a team environment, apply attention to detail and meet deadlines are a must!
Prior experience and demonstration of key skills required and National Police Check are essential.
